Trauma Informed and Trained Psychotherapist, AANE Certified Neurodivergent Couple's Counselor, Relationship Coach

Healing. Compassion. Growth.

Welcome!
Glad you're here! It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge our need for connection and healing. I believe therapy should be a brave, playful, and collaborative space, assisting us in letting go of what no longer serves us and what we can no longer control. My role as a therapist isn't to "fix" you, but to provide a safe environment where you can get in touch with your inner healer and appropriately grow through and beyond trauma and difficult relational dynamics. I also believe healing is a multi-faceted and continually evolving process; the more insight we develop the better our relationship with ourselves and others becomes. My approach is holistic and integrative, always taking into consideration your unique perspective and needs.
